Day 59 - Got Mail

We got my Brother in Law's Wedding invite in the mail today.  It is 'awesome' ;)  Our whole tribe is excited & cannot wait. 

Off to find a stamp.

Day 58 - My View

It's no view to brag about, but I'll look back with fond memories at this picture one day.  As I am months away from moving.  New sights, new sounds, new smells.

For 5 years I've drowned out the sounds of busy streets, the smells of fried food, and enjoyed being close to yearly town fairs and parades.

Day 57 - Time Filler

As I get used to this new phone I find it is filled with excellent ways to fill time... while waiting for a table at a restaurant, for a doctor appt., or while just lounging on the couch.

Day 56 - mai bone

Mija is a adorable lil' Chihuahua full of personality that belongs to a fellow Photographer & Friend.  The funny thing about Chihuahuas is their personalities are 100x's bigger than they are, which is what makes them so loveable.  I think they truly believe they ARE 100x's bigger sometimes too.

My time with her made me wish for a wee' puppy for our family again even more ;)

Day 55 - Snow Tracks

Wholy Beautiful out this morning!  How could you now look out the window this morning & just smile at those trees.  It's a true winter wonderland out there.  Beautiful!

Day 54 - Fedora pt. 2

Having used one of the photos from the Fedora series as my Facebook cover picture, only using 2 of my kids didn't seem right... so today I do a part 2 so I can fill the other 2 in as my profile picture so I don't feel anyone is left out & since I took the picture today I will use it as my day 54 photo. 

Works out in many ways ;)

Day 53 - Fedora

I found myself with little inspiration the past few days, a little thing like 'a new hat' can bring that spark right back.  Striking a pose with his sister this morning, he's definitely rocking out that new hat Dad got him.

Day 52 - Childhood Favorite Too

It's thrilling when you see your own children enjoying the things you enjoyed as a child.  Movies, Adventures, Books, Etc.

One of my all time favorite Books is one of my Daughters favorites too.  I don't know... I just think it's pretty neat.

Day 51 - Wii Dance

Oooh Son... you think its a great picture now... wait till it pops up in the picture reel at your wedding reception... MUHAHAHmuhahaha! ♥  BTW... heck yea he beat his sister at her favorite song & boy was she MAD... funny thing, he didn't even want to play! ;)

Day 50 - Toe Socks

End of a busy day... needed 'something' really wanted to watch my Sunday show... so, I photograph one of my quirky tastes in clothing, toe socks. 

Love em or hate em?  For me... its like each toe getting a little hug ;)

Day 49 - Chopped

Bananas were a part of breakfast... I decided one of them would be today's photo. 

One of my 4 kiddo's cannot stand Bananas, so to get him to eat them so he can benefit from them I add them to foods, pancakes, muffins, cereal. OOOR be totally awesome and do something like I did today, chop them up and drizzle something on them to make them more enticing... today it was melted Nutella ;)

Day 48 - Old Baseball

So I just HAD to try out my new cellphone camera for the photo of the day.  I feel pretty confident that it can capture my vision quite well should something catch my eye & I don't have my heavy gear on me.  Color me impressed, this image brought to you by the HTC Amaze: straight out of the phone, no post processing applied aside from resizing for posting.

A far cry from the 1.3 megapixel camera on my old phone LOL!

Day 47 - Oh YUM

These scrumptious cookies are costly (compared to the 1.50 they were when I was selling them) but there is no marketplace equal to these yearly treats.  We love you GS Cookies.

Day 46 - Smart Phone'd

After about a year or so of non stop nagging, the Huz came through today for Valentines Day and made me as 'cool' as 'every one else' & my phone has all the fancy features I swooned over that my friends phones had & can do 'more than' just call & text. 

Well... Smart Phone make this girl feel completely ignorant... ;)

After calling & hanging up on several people REPEATEDLY... I begin to figure out HOW to use my contacts... I still am unclear how half of them are even IN my phone, I didnt put them there LOL!  Really?  Flipping through the phone features... 'thingamabob overload' hmmm... I'm sure soon enough I won't be able to live without it... just like everyone else...

now... to see what this Angry Birds is all about ;)

Day 44 - Lizapalooza

Today was the cancer benefit fund raiser for my niece.  http://www.facebook.com/events/315002931864026/  Raffles were held along with other ways of donating to help Liz and her family in this Fight.  There was a wonderful support of friends & family.  Words cannot express how much it meant to everyone your being there.

Day 43 - Don't Cry

Day 41 - More Snow

We have had quite the mild winter.  So when it Snows this winter its actually met with a little excitement instead of the usual dread. 

It's so pretty how could one not love snow a little just once in awhile.  Besides our winter has been kind and been snowing on the weekends anyway, so stay in!  Grab your popcorn & watch a movie :)

Day 40 - In Motion

It's getting late... day 40 needs to happen, so I play with photos from gymnastics class today.  Daughter in Motion.

Day 39 - It's a Draw

I remember loving to draw everything and anything when I was little.  Having children that love to draw brings me lots of joy.  Creating amazing art of their own, however I am amazed every time I see them draw from a 'how to draw _____' book.  They love checking out these from their school & public libraries.

Day 38 - Blanket

Day 38 - Setting off camera in hand ready to capture something 'new'.  Not 'food' or a 'cat' or one of my children... I see the blanket on the back of my loveseat wiggle... OH... how could I resist ♥

Day 37 - Thirty Seven

Day 37... brought to you by, the number Thirty Seven.  Snapped a few long exposure photos while writing 37 with a little LED light... this particular one had the extra creepy factor due to my head movement, so I had some fun with it in Photoshop too.

Simple beauty in dried up nature stuck in the slats of my deck.  Odd... but it caught my eye.

Day 34 - Monkey Business

As the day draws on, I've done plenty, gone plenty of places... could have logged many of things w/ a camera should I have brought it with me.  Ah well, toss a hat on one of the kiddos & snap away... never a dull moment when you have kiddos around.
